Stress addiction is a huge problem for humanity. I believe it’s one of the biggest health threats that we’re facing. According to the US National Institute of Health, “stress can exert various actions on the body ranging from alterations in homeostasis, to life threatening effects. Stress is simply the act of thinking stressful thoughts. It’s a decision. If you’re addicted to stress, you’re creating a toxic environment within your body. In this video, I talk about different ways of replacing addictive stressful thoughts with better habits and spirituality. If we are with stress, we cannot be creative and fulfill our purpose in this life.
