Motivation is not the same as inspiration, even though we tend to use these two words synonymously. Motivation is basically kicking yourself into gear to accomplish something (typically for your personal gain). When you’re motivated, you are successfully creating the energy and attention to accomplish your goal.
Inspiration comes from a different place. Rather than personal gain, inspiration comes from spirit. When you are inspired, there is a more powerful feeling and the energy you need to accomplish your inspired goal is endless.
Fear, however, tends to appear (thanks to your ego) when inspiration comes into your consciousness. If you are feeling inspired and you are also experiencing fearful thoughts, this is a GOOD thing. Notice your fearful thoughts, label them, thank them, release them with love and move forward attaining your inspired goal.
